1. Orders & Customization

All orders are processed based on the design files, sizes, and specifications shared by the customer.

Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please review and approve design previews carefully before final confirmation.
2. Delivery & Turnaround Time

Our standard delivery time is 2โ6 working days, depending on order type and location.

Urgent delivery is available on request (additional charges may apply).

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or weather conditions.
3. Design Ownership

Designs created by our team remain the property of Umer Usman Printers unless purchased separately.

Customer-supplied designs must be original and free of copyright infringement.
4. Payments & Billing

Full payment is required in advance for all custom print jobs.

We accept bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash (in-store only).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan via third-party courier services.

Shipping charges depend on location and order weight.

Umer Usman Printers is not liable for lost or damaged shipments after dispatch.
6. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

No returns on customized products unless there’s a clear error on our side.
7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. All personal data shared with us (phone, address, etc.) is kept secure and never shared with third parties.
8. Misuse & Policy Violation

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we find misuse, fraud, or violation of our policies.
