1. Orders & Customization

  • All orders are processed based on the design files, sizes, and specifications shared by the customer.

  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Please review and approve design previews carefully before final confirmation.

2. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Our standard delivery time is 2–6 working days, depending on order type and location.

  • Urgent delivery is available on request (additional charges may apply).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or weather conditions.

3. Design Ownership

  • Designs created by our team remain the property of Umer Usman Printers unless purchased separately.

  • Customer-supplied designs must be original and free of copyright infringement.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Full payment is required in advance for all custom print jobs.

  • We accept bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash (in-store only).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Shipping Policy

  • We deliver all over Pakistan via third-party courier services.

  • Shipping charges depend on location and order weight.

  • Umer Usman Printers is not liable for lost or damaged shipments after dispatch.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • No returns on customized products unless there’s a clear error on our side.

7. Privacy & Data

  • We respect your privacy. All personal data shared with us (phone, address, etc.) is kept secure and never shared with third parties.

8. Misuse & Policy Violation

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we find misuse, fraud, or violation of our policies.
