At Umer Usman Printers, we take great care in producing high-quality custom products. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please review our return and replacement policy below:

1. Customized Products Policy

Since most of our products are customized as per your request (name, design, size, etc.), they cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Flex Prints, Banners, Visiting Cards, Stickers

  • Acrylic Signs, Neon Signs

  • Custom Wallpapers, UV DTF Stickers

  • Any personalized or printed item

3. Eligible for Replacement

We will replace your item if:

  • The product received is physically damaged

  • You received the wrong item/design

  • There is a printing or production error caused by us

To qualify:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • You must share clear photos/videos of the issue

4. How to Request a Replacement

  2. Share your order number and images of the issue

  3. Our team will verify and respond within 24 hours

  4. If eligible, we’ll send you a free replacement or solution

5. Shipping of Replacements

  • For eligible cases, we will bear the full cost of replacement shipping

  • For ineligible claims (e.g. incorrect info/design shared by the customer), no refund or replacement will be provided

6. Tips to Avoid Issues

  • Double-check your design, size, and spelling before confirming

  • Approve previews carefully

  • Provide high-quality artwork/images if you are supplying the design
